Newsgroups are generally accessed two main ways -

• Setup newsgroup through a client like Outlook Express or MS Outlook.
• Access them through a website devoted to newsgroups.

The connection information from the particular newsgroup server will be needed. If the ISP has a newsgroup contact their local office for the connection information.
